Having up to 7-stations-multi-formers, we have more producing options and opportunities when comparing to other suppliers, as well as having our own tooling department; our intelligent technicians and engineers are able to work as a team to complete projects for customers in a set limited of time. While we mostly focus on T head bolts and special fasteners, we also unite all the expertise from other fastener suppliers where we are able to provide products that are out of our manufacturing range as an additional service to our valued customers.
With our superior cold forging technologies, we are able to provide comprehensive wide range of T head bolts, hammerhead bolts, special construction parts, auto parts that are largely deformed in shapes. Our highly advanced technologies in tooling design also benefit our customer in many ways, as we are able to provide customers requested parts in timely manner and also making sure customers receive great value for money in return.
Each customer's problem is treated with unique personalized solution, by putting ourselves in customer shoes, we are better of understanding customer's specific needs. In this case, we are able to help customers completing their project before their deadline .Since its inception in 1996, YICIscrew has evolved to become a big name in T bolt manufacturing industry across in Taiwan, and over the years we have become one of the most successful T bolt supplier all over the world.
YICIscrew also believes the application of our accumulated years of experience in business running, the most favorable standing customer point of view and the most competitive prices; to meet the special characteristics and needs of the customer, and is also willing to give customers the final recommendations which lead to win-win result for both parties. Not only of being able to provide 24/7 service to our most valued customers, our in-depth knowledge in SPECIAL FASTENERS manufacturing are also able to help customers with product design as well as speeding up the process of new product launch.
PROVIDING THE BEYOND EXPECTATION SERVICES TO OUR MOST VALUED CUSTOMERS, FAMILIES AND EMPLOYEES, TOGETHER WE CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROSPERITY AND GIVE BACK TO THE SOCIETY.
We produce T bolts using multi-station cold heading and precision machining. Sizes range from M2 to M24, lengths up to 300mm and custom head profiles. Tight tolerances and consistent hardness — ideal for aluminum profile rails, curtain wall clamp systems, solar mounting, and heavy machinery fixtures. In-house tooling and QC lab. 100% dimensional checks for critical batches, torque testing and materials traceability available by lot. Fast sample turnaround. Competitive lead times for serial production and export packaging for sea/air shipments. (Comprehensive technical guidance for engineers, buyers and procurement teams)
A T bolt (also spelled T-bolt or T head bolt) is a fastener with a cross head shaped like the letter "T" which locks into a slot or channel and provides strong lateral retention.
T bolts are commonly used in aluminum profile systems, solar mounting rails, extruded channels for assembly, machine tables and clamping fixtures. The head profile allows installers to position the bolt in a slot and then rotate or tighten the bolt to clamp components.
Choosing the correct T Bolt requires attention to several factors: material selection, head geometry, thread engagement length, plating/coating (for corrosion resistance), and torque properties. For outdoor and coastal applications (eg. solar farms), A4 stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized bolts are recommended.
Carbon steels provide high strength and are often used with protective plating. Stainless steels (A2/A4) are used when corrosion resistance is essential; A4 is preferred near marine or harsh chemical environments. Alloy steels can be heat treated for improved tensile strength and fatigue life in demanding dynamic applications.
Cold forging produces superior grain flow and mechanical properties for high-volume runs with consistent geometry. Machining allows complex head shapes and prototypes but is slower and costlier for large quantities. We combine cold forging for bulk and CNC finishing for critical features.
For each production lot we apply: incoming material inspection (mill certificates), dimensional checks using CMM or gauges, tensile and torque testing, hardness verification, and finish adhesion testing. Traceable batch numbering ensures long-term quality audits.
Tighten according to the recommended torque specified per material and size — over-torquing can reduce fatigue life especially in cold-formed parts. Use proper washers and locking mechanisms when vibration is present. Contact our engineering team to receive a torque chart matching your fastener selection.
Solar mounting rails: T bolts slide into extruded aluminum rails to secure clamps and modules. We supply stainless T bolts tailored for coastal installations.
Aluminum framing: Modular assembly systems rely on T bolts for quick repositioning and modular rework.
Machine fixtures: Heavy-duty T bolts with alloy steel and heat treatment for repetitive clamping cycles.
Typical sample lead time: 3–7 working days (depending on tooling). Serial production: 2–6 weeks depending on order size and finish. Expedited options available—contact sales for a firm delivery schedule.
We optimize material usage and minimize scrap by high-efficiency cold forming. RoHS and REACH compliance available on request for materials and plating processes.
Our team provides drawing review, prototype tooling, material sourcing, batch testing, and export documentation. We can support vendor-managed inventory and scheduled shipments for large OEM programs.
Send drawings, required material/finish, quantity and desired lead time — we will respond within one business day. A: They are the same product; "T Bolt", "T-bolt" and "T-head bolt" are interchangeable terms used across industries. A: Yes — we design and produce custom heads and threads per drawing. MOQ and tooling lead time depend on complexity. A: Yes — mill certificates and test reports are available upon request for most material types.
